![]() ![]() It’s like he’s trying to be two different artists at the same time which affects his sound dramatically. ![]() It’s far more confusing than anything, like I mentioned in the beginning, Darkie is conflicting. I know, I just sucked off Darkie for inputting some diversity in his music, but that doesn’t mean it’s all that great. The Lo-Fi production doesn’t grip me the same way the banging songs do which is also disappointing, I think the best example is “dreaming”. In the track “do more drugs” this text-to-speech bot repeated “do more drugs” and it became annoying and felt cheap. Some tracks are underwhelming and even a little corny with their production choices. The glitched vocals mixed with a zany cartoonish delivery results in a unique track that can’t be replicated by other artists. “GO!” is alarming, ominous, and obtrusive. I liked the chaotic beats far more than the previously mentioned “vibe” tracks because I think it fits Darkie the best. I’ll go further into detail about his vocals in another segment but it’s still a nice decision to diversify. Seriously, it is cool how he can go from a banging track like “BAM!” to a softer calm, vibey track with slick bedroom pop production. Darkie has always been someone who has tried to focus on versatility, and he doesn’t disappoint on that aspect for this EP. The beat selection fits perfectly with the energy and tone, not just that but there is a wide range of sounds going on in a small project which is impressive. Wow, do some of these tracks have interesting production choices. So I’ll be going over every aspect of the EP, I want to be fair and start with the positives because I was somewhat mean in the beginning. Much hasn’t changed from what I was used to, both the positives and negatives remain in Darkie’s music. After a while, I stopped following the guy’s music and I haven’t heard a single song from him in two years, until now. It never made sense to me, Darkie came off as someone who doesn’t care about anything but at the same time was extremely preachy and pretentious. Darkie’s personality became quickly annoying and intolerable, like the more I explored his catalog the more I found myself frustrated. It’s like someone smashed a mirror in front of me and showed the wall behind it. Lil Darkie with the help of Wendigo was able to make some pretty fun ignorant music for me, but after a while, something happened. I have a pretty weird history with this guy, during 2020 I started checking out a lot of Spidergang’s music and at the time I was super into the trap metal scene. Lil Slur User made a new EP and I was never as curious about anything musical-related until now. ![]() ![]() ![]() In other words, the first Line of a Hexagram is the bottom of the structure, it is the foundation. Those six Lines are always read from the bottom up. Now those Lines are either solid, yang, or broken, yin. The Hexagram-the hex means six-the Hexagram is made up of six Lines. ![]() But in order to understand what that means, and in order to understand the role that is there in others, you need to understand the structure of the Hexagram. Now, the role of Profile is very significant in life, because the moment that you’re operating correctly is the moment that you begin to experience the correctness of your role. You can always see this at the top of your chart by looking at the Lines, not the Hexagrams, but the Lines of your personality Sun/Earth or your design Sun/Earth. That is the Sun/Earth will be in a first Line, the personality Sun/Earth, and the design Sun/Earth will be in a third Line. So we begin, for example, with the first Profile, which is a 1/3. We always read the personality Line first. Those 12 Profiles are based on the Line of the personality Sun/Earth and the Line of the design Sun/Earth. If you’re new to Human Design you have seen that there are a number of different Profiles, there are 12 of them. That is, your Sun and your Earth of your personality are activating the same Line in opposite Hexagrams.īut it’s the Line that gives us our Profile value. ![]() So when we’re looking at the personality or the design, we get to see the Line that is being activated. Because they are opposite each other they always have exactly the same position. Your Profile is actually the position of your two binaries: the Sun/Earth of the personality and the Sun/Earth of the design. But the Profile is based on understanding the values in the Lines. The other aspect is role, and role is derived from the Profile. It is the conditioning that brings on the pain, the confusion and the lack of recognition of self in the life. It is the conditioning that determines the quality of the life. For most human beings, the not-self, the characteristics are everything. Then the characteristics no longer get in the way. In other words, our characteristics are about coming to grips with that to be correct in our process we need to be able to follow our Strategy, honor the authority of our Strategy. The characteristics are the various aspects of our design that we have to deal with: Centers that are open, the not-self Strategy that arises from them, the quality of definition we have, the authority that is there for us, the Type that we have. One is our characteristics and the other is our role. There are two basic things that we are dealing with in our design. One of the most important things we discover with our design after we find out what our Type is and what our Strategy is, is that we begin to look at the framework upon which it is based. This is an extraordinary key into being able to begin the simple process of analysis. Today I want to focus on the nature of the Hexagram, the structure of the Hexagram and the Lines. ![]() ![]() Optimus Prime was among the first Transformers released from Hasbro in 1984. Many of the Transformers were based on Takara designs. Hasbro launched the Transformers toy line with ten different Autobot characters, all of whom transformed into automobiles, while the ten distinct Decepticons, (seven packages as three came two to a box/pack) were weapons, aircraft and communications equipment. For a brief time, the Decepticon Thunderwing held the matrix, but when Optimus Prime reclaimed it, Thunderwing's presence was purged from the Matrix. Holders of the Matrix, from the beginning of time (as per the Marvel continuity), are Primus, Prima, Prime Nova, Sentinel Prime, Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, Rodimus Prime. Holders of the Matrix become one with the Matrix, such that when the holder dies, his Spark - the Transformer life-force - is absorbed into the Matrix. The Matrix is said to choose its own holder and when it is taken by a new leader (at the old leader's death), it transforms him into a larger, more powerful, wiser Autobot commander. (Although in the original continuity, Primus was not established.) It identifies the one Autobot Commander that is entrusted with the Creation Matrix, also known as the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. Many of these leaders use the title of Prime, a direct linguistic descendant of Primus. The Japanese continuity is still more diverse after Optimus Prime (in G1), the succession of commanders include Rodimus Prime, Fortress Maximus, God Ginrai (whose US counterpart is Powermaster Optimus Prime), Victory Saber, and Dai Atlas. In the original G1 US continuity, Rodimus Prime succeeds Optimus Prime. In most North American continuities, the Autobot commander is usually Optimus Prime. In later issues of the Marvel comic line, Cybertron is shown to have weather, such as rain. The planet is almost always depicted as a purely metallic body. In all Transformers stories, the Autobots and their adversaries, the Decepticons, originated on the planet Cybertron. 4.5 Transformers: The Last Knight (2017 film).4.4 Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014 film).4.3 Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011 film).4.2 Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009 film). #AUTOBOT AND DECEPTICON LOGO SERIES#In the Michael Bay live action films, as well as in the CGI-animated series Transformers: Prime, the title Autobots is explained to be the short version of the title Autonomous Robotic Organisms. The descendants of the Autobots, the Maximals from Transformers: Beast Wars, are also known as Cybertrons in Japan. The Autobot insignia is also sometimes referred to as an "Autobrand" in issue #14 of the Marvel Comics series. In Japan, the Autobots are called " Cybertrons" ( サイバトロン, Saibatoron) except in the film series, Transformers Animated, and Transformers: Prime, where they are referred to as Autobots ( オートボット, Ōtobotto). These Autobots are often grouped into special "teams" that have the suffix "-bot" at the end, such as in Dino bot (Decepticon groups' names end in "-con"). Autobots typically transform into cars, trucks and other road vehicles some exceptions transform into aircraft, military vehicles, communication devices, weapons, or robotic animals. They can transform into machines, vehicles and other familiar mechanical objects, as well as mimic organic lifeforms (Dinobots). Both Autobots and Decepticons have "sparks", which function as souls and contain their minds and personality. The Autobots, led by Optimus Prime, are opposed by the Decepticons, headed by Megatron. The Autobots are the main protagonists in the universe of the Transformers, a collection of various toys, cartoons, films, graphic novels, and paperback books first introduced in 1984.
